Jeff has informed me that he is almost caught up with the archives for No Stereotypes. This is great and scary at the same time because, while I had a plan for the end, I don’t know if I can easily just pick up where I left off. I did promise him and others I would finish the story, though, so I will do that.
I have a new Wacom tablet as of Black Friday of this year, so this means I’ll be able to shade new comics, but I’m going to have to get used to drawing the characters again. It has been about 4 years since I’ve worked on this story, and during that time I would be lying if I said I wasn’t tempted to start it all over again, fix bad art, cramped pages, sloppy writing, and all of the mistakes along the way, but I think it’s more important to finish the story first. Someday, I might clean up the art and lay out a book with it, but that day is not this one. I have other irons in the fire. For now, finishing the comic to the conclusion I have written years ago as planned. it just took me nearly forever to get there.
From what it looks like, we still need to see Atom’s mother die and Kat’s eye get gouged out. Oops… Did I give out spoilers? Here’s some old promo images for NS from back in the day to distract you.
